Laura Morgan Roberts is an expert in diversity, authenticity and leadership development. Her research and consulting focuses on the science of maximizing human potential in diverse organizations and communities. She was recognized on the Thinkers50 2021 & 2023 global rankings for her work in promoting racial and gender equity in leadership and the workplace.
Elizabeth Powell has expertise in mindful communication, leadership presence, leadership and management communication, corporate reputation and diversity. She has been a consultant, facilitator, instructor and coach to a number of individuals and organizations. She is currently working on a new book — Present: Leadership as Wise Practice.
Bidhan ("Bobby") Parmar is an authority on how to make good decisions — one of the toughest challenges in leading a business. He focuses on how managers make decisions and collaborate in uncertain and changing environments to create value for stakeholders. Parmar’s work helps executives better handle ambiguity in their decision-making.
Michael Lenox’s expertise is in the domain of technology strategy and policy. He studies the role of innovation in helping a business succeed. In particular, he explores the sourcing of external knowledge by firms and this practice’s impact on a company’s innovation strategy. Lenox has a longstanding interest in the interface between business strategy and public policy as it relates to the natural environment.
Yael Grushka-Cockayne is an award-winning expert on decision analysis, forecasting, project management and behavioral decision-making. She has served as a consultant to international firms, and she is a regular speaker at international conferences in the areas of decision analysis, project management and management science.
